- Work with suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors in order to assist them in providing us with quality components, products and services.
- Identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Continually improve our process.
- Provide on-going training, assistance and the equipment required to achieve our objectives.
- Verify the competency and efficiency of our management and control systems through internal and external quality assurance groups.
